MAKI - Female Student Travel Award for female students 2016

for the participation at

“Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing”

&

“Informatica Feminale” or “Ingenieurinnen-Sommeruni”

With this award the collaborative research centre MAKI appreciates exceptionally well performances of female students in electrical engineering and information technology.

The winners will be able to attend the “Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing”-Conference, the "Informatica Feminale”-Summer University or the “Ingenieurinnen-Sommeruni”.

The “Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing” is the World's Largest Gathering of Women Technologists. The conference will be in Houston (Texas) between 19th and 21st October.

The “Informatica Feminale” is an international Summer University for Women in Informatics. Every year “Informatica Feminale” offers compact courses in informatics/Computer Science for women students from all types of universities and colleges as well as for women professionals interested in further training. The “Informatica Feminale” will be held in Bremen between 8th and 26th August.

The “Ingenieurinnen-Sommeruni” is an international Summer University and offers teachings in electrical engineering, IT, production engineering and mechanical engineering. It will be held in Bremen between 8th and 26th August, too.
